Working to unite the Tri-Cities and create an inclusive community.

The Tri-Cities Diversity & Inclusion Council is a nonprofit 501 c(3) community organization dedicated to fostering a unified community, embracing cultures, and celebrating diversity through education, advocacy, and the promotion of cultural competence and compassion.

OUR ORGANIZATION

Passionate individuals creating positive change.

Passionate individuals who want to create positive change form Tri-Cities Diversity and Inclusion Council (TCD&IC). We came together over a common goal:

• to create an inclusive environment where all members of the community feel valued and respected regardless of their differences.

TCD&IC advocates for marginalized community members, provides DEI training and educational resources to local businesses, and holds neighborhood events to create cultural competency and awareness.

TCD&IC members are representative of the Tri-Cities’ diverse population, including different ethnicities, religious beliefs, socioeconomic statuses, physical abilities, career experiences, gender identities, and educational backgrounds.
